Core Benefits for all Employees

Annual Leave
All employees are entitled to 20 days holiday, per year. Additional holidays are also available to reward length of service.

Sickpay
A comprehensive pay scheme is available for employees whilst they are off work due to illness.

Maternity/Paternity Leave
Maternity: We supplement state Maternity Benefit, to ensure that whilst on Maternity Leave you will receive 85% of normal pay.
Paternity: If your spouse or partner gives birth, you are entitled to take 3 days paid leave.

Benefits of Choice for all Employees

Perfect Gift Card
All employees are given a PerfectCard Gift Card credited with a value of €250. This can be used at any retail/commercial outlet that accept MasterCards in the same way you use your credit/laser card.

Education & Development Programme
We have a full and comprehensive training programme, where employees can choose from a variety of training programmes to suit their development needs. In addition to this, a fund is available to support employees who wish to undertake development training in addition to company provided training.

Medical Scheme
We are in joint partnership with a local medical centre, allows unlimited GP visits for a nominal fee deducted directly from your payroll.

Childcare Scheme
We are in joint partnership with a local créche facility enables the cost for childcare to be deducted directly from your payroll. As the facility is a non-profit organisation, the deductions through payroll mean that you pay less PRSI & PAYE. The PRSI savings made by us are donated to the childcare facility.

Company Pension/PRSA's
We provide both a Contributory Company pension scheme and a PRSA facility depending on length of service.

Employee Volunteer Scheme
We have a Volunteer Scheme which enables employees to take a days paid leave on an annual basis to participate in voluntary activities for a register charity.

Sports & Community Group Funding Programme
We has a fund available to assist employees in helping out community groups or sporting associations they are involved with.

Sports & Social Club
The Sports & Social Club organise year round activities for employees including family fun days, football & basketball tournaments and nights out.

Saving Scheme
This scheme enables employees to make numerous deductions from payroll to another bank account ie. savings account, credit union or loan account

Employee Discount Scheme on a Range of Products & Services
We have negotiated discounts from a range of local service and retail providers for it's employees. Discounts range from 5-20%.
