| Why TalkTalk: No two days are the same for me - every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn - being bored is never an option! My new role meant I had the opportunity to become a student once again....albeit on a part-time basis. Having completed a number of courses in Health & Safety, I am currently in the middle of a UCD Safety, Health & Welfare course, which TalkTalk is sponsoring. Last year I was given the opportunity of helping the local community through the Employee Volunteer Scheme. Not only did I achieve a personal sense of pride but I can also say I am proud to work for a company that gives so much back to the community. The Last Word: If I had three words to describe my experience, they would be - Challenging, Rewarding and Fun!! Roll on the next four years... |

Recently, I completed training to become a multi-skill Agent so that I can work in our Retention Department as well as Inbound Sales. I'm delighted to be given the opportunity to learn new skills and grow my experience in the company. I was only working here about 6 months when I won a Nintendo Wii for my Stats and Sales, which really boosted my confidence.
