TalkTalk Waterford, previously known as AOL Broadband, employs over 700 people in its award winning Contact Centre just outside Waterford city. TalkTalk offer a range of home phone and broadband packages to the UK market.
The Waterford Contact Centre manages the customer support function for all TalkTalk & AOL UK customers Talk Talk’s Customer Services and Sales Centre in Waterford opened in 1998. Since then the number of staff has increased to more than 700 today. The Waterford Centre manages all contact for Talk Talk’s customers across the UK.
